Three of my images of Fidel Castro are currently shown in the exhibition “Longing 02” (Sehnsucht 02) - in the art gallery of the Michael Horbach Foundation in Cologne, Germany. The images are among some 150 photographs of selected international artists, also including famous photos of Korda and Raul Corrales.
Horbach, who is celebrating the 20th anniversary of his foundation, is guided by his profound interest human beings: “The person and the social conditions under which he or she lives or has to live. Conversely, humans in their beauty. What guides me is a neo-humanist view of the world, is the longing for justice and humanity. "
The exhibition will run thru February 26, 2021.
